About Us

The Fox at Lyng is a welcoming Norfolk pub and restaurant offering seasonal dishes, local drinks and relaxed countryside hospitality. Located in the picturesque village of Lyng, just outside Norwich, we serve freshly prepared food in comfortable surroundings, making us an ideal destination for leisurely lunches, evening meals, Sunday roasts and special occasions.

Winter (September – April)

Monday – Closed
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 12:00 – 2:30pm and 5:00 – 8:30pm
Friday & Saturday – 12:00 – 9:00pm
Sunday – 12:00 – 5:00pm

(Closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.)

Summer (May – August)

Monday – 12:00pm until 3:00pm (bank holidays and summer holidays only) and 5:00pm until 8:00pm for #streetfoodmonday
Tuesday to Thursday – 12:00pm until 8:30pm
Friday and Saturday – 12:00pm until 9:00pm
Sunday – 12:00pm until 7:00pm
